Fantastic Stay in Kanda-Otemachi
helpful staff many amenities comfy bed overall cleanliness
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfy. I appreciated the cleanliness.
The room size was small. This is typical in the area.

The hotel has a great location near several restaurants. Kanda Station is a short walk away giving access to the JR Yamanote Line. Akihabara is also within walking distance, perfect for exploring the area.

dirty seat loveless restaurant
The location was pretty good, and Kanda station was nearby. Some places to eat are around because it is a work area.
The breakfast was a real disaster. The restaurant seemed loveless. The seat was dirty, and the breakfast selection was the worst I'd ever seen. It was not good.

high step unhelpful staff
The location is pretty good, about 350m walk to kando station.
The bathroom had A VERY high step at the entrance, this was dangerous. It was easy to trip. Staff WERE not helpful.

efficient staff wide array bath salts effective housekeeping
The check-in staff were very efficient and friendly. I found a wide array of amenities in the lobby including bath salts, so I highly recommend those. My room was very clean upon arrival because housekeeping services are effective. Breakfast operated as a buffet between 7am and 10am.

The location features proximity to Kanda station. I could conveniently leave luggage at reception after check-out. This was very useful. There was wide range of free cosmetics available. I appreciated this service. They provide tea as well.
The bathroom step at entrance feels quite high.

I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. The front desk staff were helpful with directions. The location was near train stations it was very convenient.
My room felt small for two people. The window was opaque I had no view. Breakfast was not great the scrambled eggs were not good.
